The bigger trout seem a little more active, or at least a little easier to catch on recent trips. Decent numbers of twenty five to twenty eight inch fish have cooperated with our efforts, and I did catch one nearly thirty one inches too. Some days, the topwater bite is hot, but on most days, it's a Corky thing. Fish have been holding around waist deep, muddy drop offs, but some are also really shallow on the warmer side of the fronts. Did have a cancellation today for a date in December. Have quite a few days left open next month, and hope to fill them, as fishing sets up to be productive.
